I don't actually teach in a school. I work at an after-school tutoring center and we send out monthly newsletters to parents and we always include an education-related article. This was the issue I wanted to address. I would not be discussing any of their children in particular. Basically it's just to open their eyes to the problem and then give some suggestions for what they can do to help fix it.
