Just remember... By Former sub

...that the teacher will be returning for the last few weeks of school and the kids will have to make another transition if you change anything major. She has to be able to function during those last weeks, and that's probably why she told you about the last sub.

Having said that, I did a few longterm subs in my time and you will have to make the room work for you, just don't overhaul everthing!
