I hear ya. In NJ our new laws will go into effect where district have a set amount that they can raise their budgets since our property taxes are the highest in the nation. As a homeowner I understnd the frustration. But the new law does not take into account the money locked into special ed for out of district placements which are very costly, the rise of heating costs, etc. For the first time our district will be faced with cutting some programs, and I work in an upper middle class district. I am worried about what they will cut next..
