anything in your district similar to "climate review"? (that's the final step here for getting rid of principals) we have to document everything, it helps if many people have experiences to share--i'm not sure what's involved, but we had done everything we could for almost 4 years, and then our next step was the climate review, but our principal was asked to take a teaching job at another school. sad he never could see how inappropriate he was--didn't last a year at the other school (because he wasn't allowed to treat children the way he treated us adults!) and now is out of the district.make sure you document, document, document and keep in constant touch with your union.
