I agree with the above poster about the word "enough." Also remember that everyone knows you are a new mom, and will cut you some slack (maybe not the students...).

Learn to ask for help from hubby, grandma, a nanny service,
a pre-teen sitter who could be in the house while you are there so that you can take a shower, or do laundry, or study. Use on-line grocery shopping if available, share cooking with a friend so you only have to do 1/2 the nights, whatever it takes! One teacher a friend's son had shared her job with another teacher, but that would mess up the benefits, even if you could find someone,
I suppose.

You can not do it all and will need to say "enough" and "help" when you need to!

Sounds like you are being very realistic and proactive, and that is half the battle! You will get through the hardest part.
