I am sorry that your co-workers are not more understanding. It is hard being a first year teacher. Sometimes people do not take your opinion into account like they should. I hope that this problem is resolved. Just keep emphasizing that it is your health that is at jeopardy because of this, not just that you do not like the smell. Good luck!
