Not until next year, but I know people going through it now, its dreadful. I would just get a unit together that covers 6 days even with the days that you don't see them. I would also ask the classes with the specials I am sure you aren't the only one dealing with this. I would also keep writing, emails and sending letters. You should send a letter that needs to be signed by the specific person you need to get in touch with so that way you know at least it was delivered to him or her.
