Perhaps all you need when she keeps bringing up school related issues during work hours is a gently worded reminder that you can discuss those issues at your next interview. Recess is your break, prep periods are supposed to be work times, and after school is pretty busy for all teachers. So as any other parent who has issues to discuss, she should make an appointment, or write her concerns in a note.
