That's a pain
By Krissy

Clip to ScrapBook
That would seriously drive me crazy, especially since she works in the school. It also makes it more difficult for you since she does work in your building. However, when it comes to the student, I would treat her as any other parent. I try my best to be open and honest with the parents and I let them know when something is bothering me. Have you tried talking to her? Maybe it would help by talking to her about her concerns and how only the most important ones be brought to your attention. Then again, this will only work with some parents. It could also backfire so be careful. I am sorry I don't have any better advice, my brain is fried right now. I'll let you know if I think of anything else.
