My university adequately prepared us to pass the certification exams, but a few people have trouble. Have you gone to any prep sessions? Sometimes that seems to help people who miss by only a few points because it gives you strategies for the tests. I know this will sound mean because you can't hear my tone of voice, but please know that I don't mean it to be...it seems as though you do things in a hurry (many typos and misspellings in your post), so maybe you need to slow down and check your answers.
