Indiana jobs....none!

I have been looking for a job in Indiana...Indy metro area for almost 3 years. My friends from college are all in the same boat. There are no jobs around here. This year I am teaching K at a private Christian school and I hate it. It is nothing like public school teaching and not my style. I dont have any advice....got some for me? I am thinking about moving...see post above.
