Our 6th grade uses Mathscape. I live in NY. The new Curriculum works well with the Mathscape units and the students use a lot of thinking and manipulatives to ensure understanding. It takes a great deal of teacher prep hours for the first couple of years. Additionally, the teachers find it difficult to find remediation or alternative homework. Sincerely, Felice
