FERPA
By Sabrina

Clip to ScrapBook
This is totally against FERPA law. Teachers should not be discussing any child in an open seeting like that. They could loose their licences. They should only be discussing a child if they have an educational interest in the child (like both teachers have the child). This is a matter for the principal. I would talk to him/her so they know it is going on.
