Planning Together

Hello Nancy! I have been teaching for 6 years and I have had many issues with planning. During my first year of teaching, I was left alone to plan and I had a hard time. I had never taught before. It was like that for about 2 years, then a new principal came and each team had to plan together. It was so much better because we could give each other ideas and tips. I think team planning is a great thing. But it's all about how you feel. If you feel comfortable planning by yourself, then do what you feel is best!
