You are so right! By Wailing in WA

I have posted previously on this board. I am a self contained teacher who has taken my case all the way to the superintendent. The union has been very supportive. We are still tackling issues.
Yes, admin just doesn't get it. Either they are clueless as to the day to day struggles in our rooms or they just don't care. We are underfunded, understaffed-- told to work with these students all day with limited resources.
It is burnout big time!
