colonial PE activities
By sheila

Clip to ScrapBook
I teach fifth grade and my students went to winter camp last year. They participated in many activities including a study of colonial times. The leader taught them a game that they are still playing as sixth graders today. They love it! I am not sure what it is called, but it is supposed to be a game the children of colonial times played. It is basically a game of tag, but the specific goal is to tag the other person's knee. If you cover your knees with your hands, you are safe. Simple, but fun!
