I know what you mean - I used to teach at a Catholic School and would have problems. We were also told that the rooms aren't ours, they belong to the "parish." Well, I never once saw the "parish" come in and maintain the| room, if you know what I mean. To make it worse, the principal and CCD director were BEST FRIENDS so while teachers were supposed to go to the principal, information never seemed to make it to her best friend. And, if you bypassed the principal and went straight to the director, you got a nasty email. We were also told not to blame CCD because it wasn't them. Must have been the "ghosts" | |
then!If you have a similar situation, go to the priest and express your concerns. State that you tried to follow protocal, but nothing has happened.
