lazy planners

I had a co-worker once doing the same thing. She was a new teacher and just getting her feet wet. I felt flattered that she wanted to emulate what I did, but at the same time annoyed because she wasn't doing her own work. So after a talk we agreed that she would write math and social living plans and I would write all the Language Arts plans. It worked out well for the rest of that year and when the next year came she was more confident on her own and then did her own thing. Maybe something like this would work out and mend any hurt feelings.
