I feel for you
By Been there, done that

Clip to ScrapBook
Sometimes parents think we have a magic wand and get just get someone to grade level by waving it around. I was a new third grade teacher last year and I also experienced the parents who don't want to support their child's learning and expect you to work miracles. Do YOU believe that the three children have ADHD? What have you observed in your classroom? Talk to your school social worker/psychologist about the possibility of testing. I would also talk to the students' second grade teachers to see how the parents behaved last year with regard to reinforcing skills.
