Had my interview today.

It was a piece of cake! Everybody was so friendly and positive. It was more like a "hi, let's get to know each other" interview. The questions that were asked were more like discussion issues. I didn't feel like I was put on the spot. I gave my opinion, then he gave his opinion - or said how he wanted things done. (For example, what you would do in the event of no sub plans.) Other questions dealt with confidentiality issues, why I was interested in the district, rewards (he doesn't want candy), things like that. Anyway, I got the job and am very excited!
