adult ADD

I myself have just been diagnosed with ADD. I was hoping the light covers would help me as well, so maybe they will learn what helps them and use that information to make their own lives easier. It is just a thought. Also, if it helps the ADD/ADHD kids then maybe my regular students will benefit from a more settled classroom.
