I just started my first year as a school librarian. I haven't been observed yet-but dread it because some of my 5-6 grades classes get too loud. Doesn't your principal notice all the good things you are doing with other classes. Keep doing your best- take one day at a time. You didn't mention what went wrong-- Do you have a short amount of time to get alot done. I do-it's hard. Let's us know how it works out.
