Go on welfare

It did sound sarcastic. You could go on welfare, as you stated, or get a second job. Many of my colleagues, who also have children, have second jobs. Teachers do have a total of four months vacation time, after all. I think you owe the original poster an apology. I thought it was a joke as well, albeit, sarcastic. You seem to be doing pretty good for yourself. You have a computer and the internet but no vaccuum? It makes no sense.
