What level of special education classes do you teach?
Here are some of the ways I integrate technology into my classroom. I have 5-6 graders LD and also ED and CD students. After reading a novel I will have the students create a power point to include various themes of the novel, characters, main ideas, problems/solutions, etc. I use power points to introduce various topics-nouns, verbs, SS concepts, etc. I also have a website that I share with the parents. I have various holiday web searches for my students. My students type spelling words on the computer. I've created Jeopardy type games for various topics. Of course, our district has a variety of learning games available to the students-math, phonics, reading.
