butter

Clip to ScrapBook
You may want to "wash" the butter with cold water after you pour off the buttermilk. Just put in a bowl and mix cold water through it and then pour off the cold water. If you do that 2-3 times, it will take out the excess buttermilk and help the flavor. I usually add the salt last.
