Dear Santa, I can explain. . .

I have my kids brainstorm bad characters in fairy tales. They each choose one and then write a letter to Santa trying to explain why they did what they did and why they still deserve a Christmas present. Then they list some gifts that character might like. They are hysterical. Kids can be so creative!! I post them on holiday stationery around a picture of Santa. The title of the board is simply "Dear Santa, I Can Explain. . ."
