Aid duities
By Laura

Clip to ScrapBook
I have a fulltime aid. She is truely another teacher in the classroom who does not have to plan or go to meetings. The children go to her for help with work or to show her what they have done. She leads cirlce at times and cleans up other times. I never ask her to do things I would not do. This year we do not have much time to plan together but I call her and she does the same and we talk about children, items in the classroom, and things we need to do.

I hope this helps,

Laura
