Clip to ScrapBook
I disagree with we are teaching children. No matter age, I like to think I am teaching adults because my job is to prepare them to be adults. I'm not preparing them to be children, but adults. It's the same with parenting. I have little ones, yet I'm not raising/rearing children, I'm raising/rearing adults! I'm preparing them to to become an adult not a child.

I think rewards are good at times; however, I think they can be overused sometimes.
