    It's called an acrostic poem. There are many sites that you can look at to help you there. Here are a couple:

    I teach Talented Drama students, traveling from school to school to work with them in small groups or individually. What about doing having the kids do some sort of oral presentation? Writing a scene based on an indident in their lives, for example, is revealing. Let the writer "cast" the scene, including someone to play him/her, and then "direct" the scene as they perceived it happened.

    You can find many more activites online by doing a search for theatre games, creative dramatics, or teaching drama activities. Hope this helps.
