We have such obnoxious parents...
By Maria Callas fan and teacher

Clip to ScrapBook
at our middle school that the administration made a new policy that states:

1. We are never to meet with parents alone in our room.

2. We may meet with them in an office conference room with the door open;

3. We may
request the presence of an administrator.

First, do not let this witch get to you. She will not get you fired. She only wants to get the best of you and you should not give her that power. No need to cry. None at all. She's not worth it. If I were your colleague, you would have to hold me back from slapping her upside of big, stupid head.

She is a miserably unhappy bully who sees you

as an easy target. Try meeting with an administrator. Like those of us in the "trenches" (or war zone - the teachers), they have also seen it all. Hopefully, they'll slap her upside the head. REQUEST that she NOT be allowed in your room under any circumstances and explain her behavior, how upsetting it is to you, and how uncomfortable it makes you feel. SHE has problems.

Keep us posted. And don't lose any sleep over her.
