rewrite a book

Last year my kids and I rewrote a favorite book. We took "Click, Clack, Moo" and turned it into "Tick, Tack, Neigh," where the horses on Farmer Brown's farm wanted some new Sketchers because their feet hurt. They used laptops to type the notes. It was hilarious! I wrote it on chart paper while we brainstormed together. They decorated copies of horses wearing new Sketchers for illustrations. Other classes raved!
