I'd ask the mom to sign a release for you to talk to the doctor about what you're seeing at school...and then I'd tell/ask the doctor to write a report for the school that says he believes the child should have a full psyc evaluation. IN my state that request must be filled within 30 school days...and I believe that is a federal law not a state law so your school should have to honor that request from the doctor or the mom and or doctor could take legal standings
