Associate degree
By Laura

Clip to ScrapBook
I am also in Ohio. I teach in a public school where one has to have a four year degree to teach (assistants can have an associates). However in private schools the teacher with an asociate degree is acceptable as a lead teacher (the pay is not as good). Ohio also is thinking of making it that only four year degreed teachers can teach anywhere in Ohio. It would be best to have a four year degree.
