Added bonus

Subbing is definitely an added bonus! It's the real world. I learn something from every class I sub in - good or bad. I scan the walls, look at their book bins, how things are displayed and always take away something I never would have thought to do! I even make notes to myself cuz I know I'll forget! Subbing isn't easy though, but it'll give you practice in thinking on your feet and honing those classroom management skills. I hope you try it!
