In our district each teacher must write prof. dev. goals with measurable outcomes every year. For your 1C 2. You could measure it this way: A certain % of my lessons (maybe 75%, or whatever) will be written for the multiple
intelligences. (Elaborate here) These activities will be mastered at a rate of 80%.

You could do your 1B4 in a similar way. For this one I would mention the disciplines that tend to get squeezed out for state testing. For example, at our school our cross-curricular goals always focus on Science and Social Studies integrated with reading. Again, you can measure it by student

performance. You can also write your goals to reflect that BY implementing these activites you will raise student scores on the state test by 3% or whatever. Check out a school improvement plan. This will help you understand what a school's written goals are and formulate your own accordingly. I hope this helps you.
