I could snail mail the sheets to you. On one of the posts I left my email address. I don't have the ability to scan them in the computer. Without having had the training you could easily set up an economy for her. Find out some things that she likes, and use those for incentives...when she accumulates a certain number of points then she can purchase an incentive. Each time you catch her staying on task, following instructions, making a request etc...you can think of more...she would get a certain number of points. The main thing is to keep the number of positives greater than the negatives...that forces you to really look for the positive behaviors that do occur...at first it seems difficult but after a while you get the hang of it.
