For my second graders, I found a simple maze, enarged it and made a copy for each student. I laminated them. They were to use a magnet on the underside and a paper clip for their "car" on the top. They were to try to maneuver the papr clip car through the maze. This was to show that magnetic force works through a solid object like cardboard. I also used the mazes with two magnets. They were to "push" one magnet through the maze with the other magnet, by causing them to repel each other.
