I had my 1st graders write 3 clues about themselves on a pre-cut out pumpkin. They had to end it with "Who am I?" That pumpkin got stapled to another pumpkin cut-out, so that when you lifted up the first one, The answer was written there- (I am...) I put their picture underneath and titled the board- Look Who's hiding under the pumpkin patch.
