Cut it to once a month (that is still 10x a year) Have students take photos or draw pictures of toys or items. (Fine motor skills, technology.) Make a Show and Tell scrapbook. So if a kid wants to reminence, they can look at the book. Or, you could use picture frames on the wall and have a "gallery". Make a page with a box for the drawing with their description or story. At the end of the year, parents get a "book" to remember the year by of their kid's show and tell. (Or you could call it Draw and Spell! ha ha ha...) Oops I couldn't help it. I hope you have a better week. Don't worry about that toy. Replace it if it is a big issue. I can remember being very attached to some of my toys.
