special ed. teacher support

I am currently in graduate school for a doctorate degree and plan on doing my dissertation on "burnt out special ed. teachers who need more support." I was so happy to find your message, b/c that is one step towards my goal of proving that spec. ed. teachers need more support. I would love to keep in touch with you through my dissertation and be able to help you out. Do you have an email address? Do you know more teachers who are burnt out?
