OK I'm going to quit complaining. We get 30 minutes for lunch, free. We then have recess and have duty for that. But something we cooked up to give us some time to work is that 4 of us alternate being the inside person. So one day a week I get to stay in and supervise the behavior problems and the people that need to finish work. We put a 5 person limit per class.
Mostly it's finishing homework that they didn't done. I get to clean up my desk a little during that time.
