I do all of my blocks in the morning. I am luckyduring Guided Reading I have a Reading Aide and a Title I teacher in my room. At this time, I have a student teacher also. When my student teacher is finished, I will have parent volunteers to help with my other groups. I have 17 students in my class. With this much help, the groups are easy to manage. I do my Centers in the afternoon. I have a Reading Center, a Writing Center, a Working with Words Center and a Math Center. I do many different activities through each of the groups. If I have a Science project I want to do, I do it within my Reading center and just make sure the students either read the directions or read a trade book that goes with the activity,
