wow, that does sound frustrating. IF she has been there along time she probably has added stuff a little at a time. Perhaps you can pick a couple of things to do with her and then make up one or two or your own, inlist parents help and make it a big deal for your class.

Don't feel like you have to be super teacher. Teach the course work and be confident
