I like the idea of suggesting she bring him early. I think she might like the idea of being given a special time just for her and her son. I agree that she has little interest in whether or not she's disrupting other students, and that the emphasis for this woman needs to be her son's special needs. Thank you for your advice. Sometimes it helps to communicate with somebody who isn't blinded to the forest by the trees.
