I don't know how I feel

The only times I have had parents come in uninvited they wanted to talk to me- that is awkward trying to explain that I can not talk to them in the middle of the day and they need to call or come back after school.

My other major problem is parents that don't come in for anything!

I don't think I would mind a parent coming in to observe- as long as I was informed ahead of time. I peek in on my daughter's classroom all the time- not to spy on her teacher, but just to see what she is doing, and how she is doing (plus she does have a great teacher, and I'm always looking for ideas to steal!)- so as a parent I understand the urge!
