I'm not done. This is Vicky---In our community we have not had a Teaching Contract for 2 years and I am the Union Rep at my school. Things are tense between the parents, administrators and teachers. Other city employees-police, fire have their raises and contracts---even the administrators got raises in June but not us. There was a 2 million dollar surplus in the city
but we are expected to give up our free time to attend workshops and traing and there are insufficient substitutes to go around in case of ilness. Help---what do you think I should do?
