my brother's school

My brother's school had the same problems- they offered the parents training and a chance to sub at the school for a day while the teacher's had some sort of training- my mom and another teacher subbed in my brother's class (a pretty good class)- my mom swore after she got home that she would NEVER critizize another teacher again!
