Get the parents involved- my daughter had a student like this in her kindergarten class and the school was doing NOTHING to help the poor teacher, finally this student hit my daughter and my husband hit the roof- he called the school and told them he was planning on fileing a police report and would be dragging the student, the parents, and the school to court- the next day the student was put in my special education class- (he is in third grade now and in general ed for most of the day and is doing great- he just needed saome intense help at that age). Angry parents can do wonders!
