My principal looks at our plans every Friday. He doesn't read them thoroughly. He occassionally has a comment. He initials them and returns them. My former principal read them more carefully and would sometimes copy a page and then come to observe a specific lesson. Unfortunately, one time I wasn't at the point my plan book indicated I would be. Sometimes I fall behind.
