show and tell

I do a variation of show and tell since the other K teacher in my school was doing it. I have a mystery bag. One child takes the bag home each night. They put an item in the bag. I discourage "toys". They write 3 clues and we have to try to guess what is in the bag. It takes less than 5 minutes during calendar time.
